IDs and Barcodes

  1. Students must have a validated Clark State Community College ID in order to check out Library materials and use OhioLINK resources from off-campus. A valid ID card is an official Clark State picture ID.

  2. IDs are issued in the Records and Registration Office located on the 2nd floor of Rhodes Hall next to the elevator. Call the Records Office at (937) 328-6015 for times when ids are issued.

  3. Barcodes are printed on ids when they are issued. Whenever you are issued a new id, you must visit the library and have your barcode attached to your library record.

  4. Students' library records will be updated automatically when their fees are paid at the beginning of each quarter.

  5. Library staff may offer to hold books at the desk while a student obtains an ID card.
