Faculty members at Clark State may suggest books, videos, and other materials for purchase. Contact Beth Deger at 328-6023 or degerb@clarkstate.edu and include the author, title, publisher, publication date, and ISBN number for any requested items. Please refer to the Collection Development Policy for further information. Library Instruction Any instructor may request library instruction for her/his class(es). Students learn library skills best when working on a specific assignment for class. Please contact Beth Deger or Jason Wearly at 328-6023 or send an e-mail to degerb@clarkstate.edu or wearlyj@clarkstate.edu. Be sure to include a phone number where you can be reached. Please try to book library instruction ten days to two weeks in advance. Videos for classroom use To find videos search the Clark State library catalog by title or keyword and limit the search to "audiovisuals." Videos may be requested in the catalog, by sending an e-mail request to wearlyj@clarkstate.edu, or by calling the library at 328-6022. Please be sure to include the full title, the LC Call number, and the dates you wish to show it in class. Videos from other OhioLINK libraries may be requested via the OhioLINK Central Catalog. A video may be requested if it is listed as "available" and not as "local use only." The library staff can request videos owned by SOCHE libraries for faculty use in the classroom. Contact Jason Wearly by e-mail wearlyj@clarkstate.edu or call 328-6022. Please allow two weeks for video bookings. Materials from SOCHE schools may be requested even if they are restricted to local circulation or library use only. Mission
